Like right now mine says Pre-Seraing Cadet
Do these titles go by how long you've been registered on the website or by how many posts that you've made on the forums?

I think there is a thread on this in the Off-Topic Forum explaining this as well as the amount of posts needed, but I don't remember.

Any mod want to help locate that topic? I remember it from a while ago.

Post count. I've been here for a while, and I think this is 3rd or 4th from the top.

You'll see a few Lion's Arch Merchants as well. That's at least a step higher than me.
